Information Fields on quotes, job cards and invoices:
All clients must ensure that the name in the Customer Name field matches the actual client to be billed. If you are a new customer, please provide all relevant information by completing the Client Onboarding Form. The Date field should indicate when the customer was attended to by the Blue Web Consultant/Technician. Customers may provide their own reference number, or a reference will be assigned by the consultant based on the assistance provided. Due dates indicate when the invoice is due for payment.
Equipment:
If any equipment is removed from the customer’s site, the consultant/technician must record the applicable model number and serial number. Returns or credits must include the original packaging; if this is unavailable, a handling fee will apply, as determined by the vendor/manufacturer. Returns are only accepted for incorrect products, unintentional damage upon receipt, or non-working items, and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Acceptance of Job Card:
All customers must sign and print their name on the Job Card/Pro-Forma to confirm acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, as well as to acknowledge that the consultant has attended to them and that the work completed meets their requirements. Additionally, Blue Web Consultants are required to accurately record their actual labour time and total hours worked in the designated fields. Each consultant should also provide their name for reference and job completion verification.
Indemnity:
By signing, the customer acknowledges that Blue Web is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment removed for maintenance or repair, whether on-site or off-site, or due to natural disasters after the consultant has completed their task. The customer also agrees to all Terms & Conditions and confirms that all provided information and rates charged are accurate and applicable.
Pricing:
All listed unit prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at a rate of 15% to the subtotal.
Payments:
When making payments prior to receiving an invoice, please use the Job Card/Pro-Forma sequence number located at the top right corner of the document as your reference, along with your company name or account code. Only EFT payments are accepted. You can find our bank details in the bottom left corner of all invoices.
Disputes:
If there are any discrepancies or disputes regarding the information on the Job Card/Pro-Forma, the customer must notify the Blue Web Technologies accounts department within seven (7) working days after the Job Card or invoice has been sent, following the consultation or job completion.
Confidentiality Clause:
Any information shared by the customer during the service is confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, unless required by law.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Warranties or Guarantees:
All services provided come with a 30-day warranty on labour and a manufacturer's warranty on parts.
Limitation of Liability:
Blue Web Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labour disputes.
